Mcdonald's - Lake Worth

This McDonald’s is located 1 signal east of Lake Worth and Turnpike. Location is good, it’s in a plaza with Adrenaline trampoline park so it’s great to bring kids afterwards. However the interior design is horrible; it has no flow and there are random walls blocking view. They have 2 bar height tables and random metal 2 tops so most of it is not kid friendly. Service is very very slow; I’ve never had a wait under 10 minutes. Even though my number said ready and I could see my food they take forever to bring it. I go to McDonald’s almost daily but this location needs a remodel and faster service.

Great and quick service. The breakfast burrito was good,but the coat increase is surprising.

Waited at the drive through for 8 minutes. For a medium beverage. Nothing else.

Hands down one of the best McDonald's around.. here visiting came a total of 5 times always hot and fresh food and consistently friendly staff.

03/09/24 at about 11:45Service was terrible for a line of customers in the inside. Manager and a worker were very rude we waited patiently in line to wait for a cashier to come and attend us and they made no eye contact what’s so ever. There was no one to help, everyone just acted like no one was trying to get their attention they just completely ignored me and another lady. When I asked one employe for help she replied and said “ we are too busy if you want you can use the kiosk” um excuse me? I had my baby in my hands and waited patiently for someone to attend not only me but a few customers in line. Employees don’t have their name tags and neither does the manager. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or not but that is not how a customer should be treated here or at any other restaurant. Horrible experience for someone who just wanted to order their food and let my kids play in the playground
