Bidrage med feedbackI asked one of the staff members about my order, and she said she would check on it, but I never saw her again. Then another girl came to me, asking for my name for the third time. She went to check and told someone that I hadn’t received my order yet. I don’t understand why I should have to wait in my car, especially with gas prices being what they are nowadays. It was incredibly frustrating. The management really needs to improve their processes to better serve their customers. People just want to get their food and go.
The staff was fantastic, the facility was very clean, and the service was excellent. My only minor complaint is about the parking situation. The line to get in was quite long, so I parked nearby. However, looking back, it seems like the line actually moved pretty quickly.
We arrived a little after 8:30 PM. It's great that you can't drive through after 8:00 PM, as it benefits the employees. We received our food surprisingly quickly—only about a 5-minute wait in the car line. That's a big win for Chick-fil-A!
For the first time, you will experience food, customer service and corporate culture. At first, the food was great. The chicken is really something special. I tried the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and the Cobb salad. The salad was actually my favorite and I would eat it at any time. Customer service was great. Staff opened the door for us, they served with a smile, gave us plenty of time to find out what we wanted, and gave some good recommendations. I would prefer work on some lower calorie options. That would be great!
Excellent customer service. I?ve been to a lot of Chick-Fil-A?s from here to Atlanta. This one was easily in my top 3 in customer service. I had a large order and they were so helpful and accommodating.
