I hate that I can hardly order every morning because nobody can understand English.

They have a kid there that looks like he's 12 years old runing the night shift. He has no customer service experience nor does he know how to run the registers. They charged 2 free coffee that i earned on my app And wanted to charge me.And he wanted me to pay for my free Wednesday donut that was on my app. All because he didn't know how to run the registers. They need more mature employees runing the that store not a child. I lost 2 free coffees and my free Wednesday donut due to a child runing a dunkin donuts store.

It 's poor service here but they just remodeled so it looks nice!The owner or manager told us that they had a 'minimum ' on their munchkins which was weird to me, I never had an issue purchasing smaller quantities of them before ?.
