Subway - Lake Wales

Online order 40min late. One of the worst Subway in Polk County.

Food wise: I walked in with my boyfriend, ordered he started building it but they didn’t have half the stuff the sandwich needed, no cheese or bacon.Store wise: it was dirty and even though the place was empty when we got there the workers were in no rush to clean or restock anything. They had no ice, no napkins, and the walls had tape on them?The person who took our order was a nice young man, he was kind and tried his hardest but it felt like they just threw him into the deep end without training him.

Food was excellent. More employees would have been good considering the number of customers! Owner to busy to do needed painting.

I would like to express my thanks to this store. See, we love Subway a LOT. We ordered some sandwiches on the app and took them home to eat them. The sandwiches weren't made right. I called the store the next day and explained the situation and they ended up making it right in the end. Bottom line, I will happily go there again. Thanks folks.

Went in there once during the 2 for 1 on app..had to pay for it firstWent inside told them I wanted to pay cash but I'll order it on app and hit carry out..Guy told me they can't do that....That's what I get for not going to publix..?????
