We went there at a beautiful end of summer. the fried chicken was excellent. also recommend the baked potato salad. server was friendly and very attentive.

Great lunch spot! Chef Shawn does a great job cooking. I've been here so many times I've almost had the whole menu. I'll be back again

Sat down at 1230 on a weekday. They were out of their “famous fried chicken”! Here’s a tip…if it’s so good, and you sell so out everyday…try making more. Went with the daily special which was a salmon BLT. My wife had stomach pains from that garbage an hour later. I tried their bbq pork sandwich with a small plastic container of cold, sweet, thick bbq sauce. This is the chef’s “famous” bbq sauce?? It was sweet baby Ray’s from the supermarket. Total joke. Hey chef…try making your own vinegar based sauce…that’s North Carolina style…not some cold supermarket sweet sauce. My boys ordered a cheeseburger That was well done with barely enough cheese to cover the patty. French Fries…all 12 of them…were the cheapest frozen kind they probably buy from Sysco. And the chix wings were the smallest, least meatiest wings of all time. We all had stomach issues the rest of the day! Do yourself a favor and drive past this place and try Villa Amato or Las Vazqueros. The only reason this place is in business is because of their old clientele and they are the only game in town. They should sell rolaids at the register instead of hats sauce

Breakfast food is just average , like you would make at home but double the cost. Second visit we came for lunch because we heard the fried chicken was great . It was ok . Crispy on outside with some flavor but bland on the inside. It was nothing like the rave reviews we heard about.

The food was good. We were tad bit disappointed that there were no pancakes on the menu for the children. The other issue I had was that they did not have regular hash browns. Here in the South you need to have regular hash browns on that menu... not that cheesy stuff! Otherwise everybody was super nice and I had no complaints about the quality of the food. Money well spent!
