Katsu Burger - Lake Stevens

Its a great idea. Online, I was salivating. Went to the Lynwood location and it was super disappointing. Store is run-down. Customer service is terrible (but you will still be prompted for a minimum 20% plus tip for the pleasure of placing an order)At best, I would describe the interior as sticky. As in, don't put your hands on the table as they will be stuck there. Service like I mentioned was terrible. It just feels kind of run down and grubby. Might have been good in the day, but wouldn't waste your time going there now.Food wasnt worth mentioning. Fry's felt stale and flavorless. Burger might have been sitting on the shelf for a few hours.

The food was good but the service was very poor. My family and I dined in and ordered a large amount of food. When we were done eating we asked for a box and they REFUSED, offering to rewrap our half eaten burgers instead. We ended up leaving our food because they wouldn’t agree to give us a plastic to-go container even though we could see them.

I typically get pork katsu (which is solid), but I really enjoyed the chicken. Added egg and pineapple--turned out really good. That said, the standard dill pickle felt a bit out of place. The burger itself was pretty big, but the sides (especially the fries) were very small. I really liked the curry mayo and will definitely go back when I get the craving!

First time having a katsu burger so I got the classic. It was good but I wasn't impressed. I will probably try it again and order something different.

This place was super charming with good service! Super yummy food!
