Sushi Sen - Lake St. Louis

Visited for the first time this week. Patrick was a breath of fresh air! So friendly and attentive. And the food was fantastic. The Dragon Roll was like no other I've had, and the Eel was prepared perfectly. Will definitely be back!

Have been looking forward to trying this place since moving here a few years ago. Overall really nice inside, sat right down and ordered quickly. Then we waited, and waited. I am not normally this guy. I empathize when you get busy and only have 2 servers running around like crazy but people started to get their food who ordered after us. When our food finally came out, 2 sushi rolls and chicken teriyaki, my wife 's chicken was cold and so were the veggies. The sushi was good. The service was not great. Not a single drink refill and once we were done 'eating ', wife didn 't even want to finish half her cold meal, we had to sit and wait again just to pay and leave. I get being busy but this place is not that big maybe 10-12 tables in the entire place. Just really disappointed cause I really wanted to love this place.

Staff's awesome and the place is great. The nigiri... Well the place is like 600 miles from the ocean so I don't really know what I expected. That fish has been on a journey and it's a bit haunted from the ordeal. I can't be too critical though because I can't imagine anyone else doing better given the circumstances. It's still sushi

Patrick was awesome and the food was delish! Lots of food for a lunch menu! If you order the Lake St Louis roll, be warned ... it's HUGE!

My fav sushi spot ever! It hits the spot every time and the staff is amazing.
