Hamlin Pub North - Lake Orion

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, which features a wonderful menu and excellent service. Above all, it stands out for its cleanliness and consistent quality. Last night was no exception, even though it wasn't our first choice. Initially, we tried another place called Opa, but there was no one to greet us or show us to our table, which made for a less inviting atmosphere. However, once we were seated, the service was top-notch, and our food and drink orders were handled exceptionally well. It's the little things that truly make a difference! We felt welcomed, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed watching highlights from today's Masters golf tournament on the TVs. Overall, a job well done!

This restaurant is an ideal place for a quick meal. The portion sizes are ample, and the service is prompt. I chose the French dip, which came with a generous serving of au jus. The Reuben looked delicious and quite large as well; they certainly don't skimp on the meat. I thought about trying the sliders, but unfortunately, you can't mix and match the three in a small order.

We ordered takeout lunch today using their user-friendly online system, and our order was spot on! The food was hot, tasted fantastic, and they definitely don’t hold back on the size of the burgers or the side dishes. Picking up was a breeze, and everything was fresh!

Young boys can be quite picky, but the Old Detroit Burger Bar has made it to the list of placed our son will request, and I can't say I'm sorry. I've recently discovered the steak bites (probably an appetizer, but I have them for dinner), and my son always gets a burger. I've tried several of their drinks and enjoyed them all as well. While the food is good, I've got to admit that another draw to this particular location for my son is the arcade. He loves playing Miss PacMan til our meals are ready. Definitely an enjoyable place for a low-key family dinner.

Server was wonderful just make sure to check your receipt because sometimes they charge you for stuff that you didn't Get . I called to inform them that I never got a soft drink this was about 4 min afterI left the place. she wasn't the nicest on the phone. Doesn't matter if it's just a 1$ you still charge me for something that I didn't get. I just wish they were nicer about it and understand about their mistake.
