Taco Bell - Lake Mary

I visited around 5 or 6 PM and ordered a few items: four regular tacos (two hard and two soft), a bean and rice burrito, and a potato taco supreme. Everything was hot and correct. I placed my order using the touchscreen for takeout. Although there were only three customers inside, my order took a bit longer than usual, likely because there were only two staff members visible, who were managing both in-house and drive-thru orders. However, they were doing their best to keep up with the demand. To make up for the wait, they even offered me a free large drink. I'll definitely be back!

This location serves as a great reminder of how delicious Taco Bell can be when the staff genuinely care about delivering high-quality food. Everything we ordered was very fresh, and the gentleman at the register was knowledgeable and helpful with the new menu items. Overall, it's a fantastic spot!

I've been coming here for years, ever since I was a child. This visit was quite enjoyable. They have remodeled the interior, giving it a nice look, and the menu has changed slightly, but overall, it was a good experience. I would have given it 5 stars, but they no longer offer Mt. Dew Kickstart on their soda machine, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at Tacoglocke. They consistently get my orders wrong, and the staff seems completely clueless. It's as if anyone who works there is unqualified or not paying attention.

My wife, our child, and I visited this restaurant and placed our order, but we waited thirty minutes for our food. To make matters worse, my wife's crunchy wrap was burnt. The service was painfully slow for a fast-food place, and the floors inside were really dirty. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
