Ipho Noodle House - Lake Mary

Awesome food! Great service. Try the wings, papaya salad. Pho is great, ingredients are super fresh. Really delicious! Side note: Witnessed other customers bullying the staff here and actually call the police on them because they ordered something and changed their mind and wanted it for free. The staff was so patient and handled it well. They were completely in the right.

Been coming here for years, maybe even 10. Wife made a phone order this evening for curry chicken with rice and another with noodles. I go pick up the food and were in walking distance. Get back and hers is right but mine is just giant chunks of chicken in curry sauce in a plastic bucket. I take it back and explain what we had intended to order, and instead of being educated that there are two different curry dishes and getting taken care of they instead berated me that it was my mistake and they were doing me a favor this one time in replacing it. This isn't about the food, or even the mix up. This is about mutual respect. I?m an extremely reasonable person, and have worked professionally in customer support and operations for more than 20 years. The issue could have been handled as a win. Instead they chose to fight me and lost a customer for life.

Small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The wall decor is lovely and the staff is very nice. The pho is good, especially if you add in the sauces available. The Vietnamese Coffee is absolutely delicious. This is my go to place after I get a cold. The pho always makes me feel better.

The male server lacked good customer service, but the food was excellent. When he came to take our order, it seemed like he didn’t understand what I was trying to say from the menu, and he asked, "Are you ready to order or not?" He appeared annoyed. I also inquired about whether they had bobas, and he replied, "Yes, but we're too busy; it takes a long time." Honestly, I didn't want to dislike the server because the food was so delicious, but I think I would opt for takeout next time.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting another location, and I'm so glad we did! I ordered the Pho and the pan-roasted noodles with tofu, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another meal here!
