Firehouse Subs Lake Mary

Firehouse usually serves delicious subs, but this location really needs some cleaning attention. The staff seemed indifferent, standing around instead of being engaged in their work. The manager on duty didn't appear to care much, as it felt like they were just there for a paycheck. The drink station could use a thorough cleaning, and the counters and tables also needed wiping down, while the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The delightful and talented young man who took my order truly made my day! He is, without a doubt, the best employee I've ever interacted with in my life. He had me laughing, brought a tear to my eye, and even taught me something new. He deserves a substantial raise and a stake in the company. I think his name was Nick! Oh, and the sandwich was great too!

Food was great, quality and taste was excellent. I hate to complain, especially since this was a free sub with any purchase. I asked if they could replace pepperoni with ham, and the manager was such an idiot! No big deal, don't tell me nice, no need to be rude about it. And so much for me. What the marketing team tries to produce, repeat customers. That was more location than the entire franchise. The Altamonte business is more friendly and accommodating where I will leave right away.

Today I have a hook and a ladder and a lateral bowl of kartoffel soup. I always get the same sub, but that was the first time I bought the suppe. I was really excited because I love kartoffel soup. it was completely free from kartoffels and other ingredients. not even a piece was present; it was rather disappointing.

The only reason I?m not giving you guys a five star rating is because you gave me the complete wrong sandwich. However, the sandwich I got is a replacement was still pretty good. I?ll keep coming back but please get my sandwich right next time. Thanks
