Dunkin' - Lake Mary

By far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of Florida for my opinion, food is always on point donuts are nice and fresh employees are super friendly and amazing people. I have to say I never get disappointed when I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts the team members are amazing. Thank you.

This was my first and last time coming to this location. I asked for a OK and somehow the person who took my order misheard me. I dry to the window and the lady hands me a large sweet tea. I politely tell her that I asked for a OJ and she proceeds to give me a look if August as if she had an attitude. She gives the drunk the lady who took my order and they both stare at each other for a few seconds as if they could t understand why I’m giving the tea back. The lady at the window then bends down to get the OJ, hands it to me as if it’s irritated and doesn’t say have a great day or anything. She turns around and walks away from the window. Please correct your workers and let them know this is unacceptable behavior. Thank you

Very minimal selection of donuts that were over priced

Generally, I'm a fan of DD, but lady behind the counter was just rude. Turned around and went elsewhere.

Got a water with things floating in it. Workers was swirling it before giving it to me. Asked for a new water and got attitude.
