347 Grille By Coach Shula - Lake Mary

Great spot with nice energy, good food and wonderful staff. I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and dined at Shulas both nights. Justin, Steve, Nikki, Michael and Holly were all very friendly and made sure my experience was wonderful even though I was a single diner. I will 100% be back next time I'm working in Seminole county.

Shula's 347 is our go to restaurant, not only for all our special occasions but also for meeting with friends and enjoying good wine and fine food. The recent change in management has made a huge difference in every aspect of the venue and making sure that the customer is taken care of throughout the dining experience. It is so refreshing to see a service team that puts the customer first. We love Shula's 347!!!

Usually a good after hour staple in the community, The restaurant was unfortunately not ready for Mothers Day. For a 1:30pm reservation, entrees took 70 minutes to come out. By the time we recieved them, dessert offerings were limited. For a $75pp menu, entree portions were surprisingly small (appetizers portions, in contrast, were generous). Mandatory gratuity was tacked on without notice (which would have been left regardless). As we left, what appeared to be a Westin team member was bad-mouthing guests on the restaurant floor to Shulas staff. Unfortunately, the service missed the mark this time!

OVERALL: (3). We keep coming back to Shula's since it is in our “back yard” but after multiple mediocre experiences we are putting it on the “back burner”. FOOD: (3): Spicy shrimp appetizer: (4); my wife felt it was off from previous visits. Caesar salads: (3) could have used more dressing and the option for anchovies. Wife's ravioli starter served as a main course: (2); she was surprised it was deep fried and likened it to store bought frozen pizza rolls. My crab cakes (4); I ordered the entrée version but was served the starter version. Good thing since I ate my wife's “ravioli”. OVERALL: (3) SERVICE: (5). Josh was an outstanding server. AMBIANCE: (4). We enjoyed dining outside in perfect weather. Good thing since, as usual, the inside was “meat locker” cold. VALUE: (3). Market pricing.

Just had an excellent dinner here, the drinks and food were both delicious. Our server Alex was wonderful, we will definitely be back!
