Cachas Taco - Lake in the Hills

Is this place ever open? We tried to visit three times on days it was supposed to be open, but each time the restaurant was closed. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find the wonderful Taquitos on Randall just up the road.

The steak tacos were excessively greasy. The rice and beans lacked any flavor, which was surprising. The chips were overwhelmingly oily and inedible. The bag they came in appeared to have been soaked in oil.

The tacos are delicious, the staff is friendly, and Taco Tuesday is a must-try at this Lake in the Hills restaurant. Highly recommend visiting!

With the highest quality of meat seasoned and cooked just right, Cachas Taco Bar is a must try! Great service, great people, and my favorite...Great prices. Come check em' out!

I really enjoy coming here, mostly on Tuesdays for the dollar tacos but their special on burritos is just as worthwhile. They have a full menu welcoming staff and parking available right outside
