Cheap food at this place very tasty. nothing but great experiences here. food and feeling reminds me of kansas city.

My top spot for cheap food. i love this place, great food service. next time i'll be back with my relatives.

After not eating here for almost a year because our orders were messed up time after time, we decided to give them another chance with the hope that improvements had been made and that employees who could read, write understand basic English hadbeen hired. Unfortunately, NOTHING has changed or improved and the employees remain as dumb as a box of rocks. I gave theorder taker my order three times and explicitly stated that one of the burgers absolutely had to be plain meaning NO lettuce,pickles, tomatoes, onions or sauces and why (it was for a picky eater on the spectrum who has nasty fits/tantrums if thingsaren 't just right . When the order was handed to me, I asked if the one burger was just meat, cheese the bun and I wasassured that there was indeed one plain burger in the bag. Except there wasn 't. All 3 burgers had lettuce, pickles, tomatoes,onions sauces on them and one burger even had a bottom bun that was so stale it was damn near rock hard. Our autisticindividual was so upset that they had a rager of a fit, threw food everywhere and eventually broke down cryinghysterically. Please, for the love of God, hire employees who can comprehend that plain means plain!!! I 'm tired of wasting myhard earned money on food that gets thrown out. I 'm also tired of dealing with these f 'ing outbursts that could easily beavoided if the employees were able to follow incredibly simple instructions.

I just pulled in carls jr before 10:00. the hours listed on the internet are up to 11:00 clock. I hired my order that had to be cooked so I waited on the parking lot. I saw two cars pulled into the drive-thru and pulled right. when he came out with my food, I asked him if they were closed and he said yes. I was so surprised that he fed me and I was very pleased and he was very kind. Thank you. gene carls jr for feeding after closing!

Great location on tomorrow afternoon staff is always at the point. the orders come super and fast. the lobby and the dining areas are kept in large shape and clean. I'll be back!
