Bidrage med feedbackIt might be a bother working there my last visit was the most unusual experience I have ever had in public but not in a bad way.
This time, I got out of my car; the window was partially open, so I pushed it wide open and shouted as loud as I could. Still, nothing! After about a minute and a half, someone finally appeared at the window, looking like I had just disturbed their deep sleep. From that moment, things went downhill quickly. I was told to leave and informed that I wouldn’t be able to pick up the customer's order because I was being "disrespectful" for asking them to do their job. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! You will regret every moment spent there. I’m done picking up orders from this location for good.
I believe even a one-star rating is too generous for this restaurant. The staff was not pleasant at all, and the service was extremely slow. When I asked for mayonnaise or wanted to help myself to Diet Coke or other drinks, they were unavailable. I am genuinely disappointed; I had hoped that Burger King would be better than in France, but we are facing the same issues!
A young lady brought my sodas, but then I waited even longer until another young lady came to the window and apologized because they didn’t know they were selling the new sandwich and couldn't find anything for it. After an excessively long wait, cars were piling up behind me in line, and the first young lady asked me to park by the front door. When I parked, I noticed it was 6:21 PM — nearly half an hour after I arrived. I patiently waited, but by 6:40 PM, I was fed up. I grabbed my sodas and went inside to cancel my order and request a refund. The second young lady in the back saw me at the counter and told the girl there, "I told you to take that mobile order out to her car." At that point, the girl at the counter finally bagged my sandwiches and two orders of fries. I reminded her that I had ordered onion rings. She apologized, switched the fries for the onion rings, and put the fries back on the heat table. If I hadn’t used the app to order and prepaid, I doubt I would have waited so long. But this experience was beyond ridiculous! On a positive note, the sandwiches were good, if a little rich. However, the slowness and disorganization were mind-boggling. How could they not know during dinner time that they were offering something that had been advertised all day? I’m not buying that excuse! This is precisely why I rarely eat here anymore. The last time was in December, and I had hoped they would have improved by now, but clearly, that was just wishful thinking. Maybe by next Thanksgiving, things will be better...
Slow but friendly and accommodating service. The food wasn't the best, but it's a Burger King. You pretty much get what you'd expect to. Play place for the kids that's open as of November 2022.
