B J's Tavern - Lake Havasu City

BJ's Cabana Bar features a lively outdoor bar with a laid-back, rustic vibe. When I visited, a band was performing, and the atmosphere was buzzing with people having a great time — I really appreciated the energy. My server was friendly and attentive, which added to the pleasant experience. On cooler days, pyramid flame heaters and a large tabletop fire pit provide warmth, while fan misters keep guests cool when it's hot outside.

The restaurant features a spacious patio, a great selection of beers on tap, and a really relaxed atmosphere. But what really stands out are the sliders! You have to try the pastrami and coleslaw; it's piled high and absolutely delicious. The roast beef slider is also incredible—flavorful and wonderfully messy. Definitely give them a try; you won't be disappointed!

I dropped by to see a friend and was impressed by how clean the restaurant was. The tables and chairs were rearranged thoughtfully to ensure social distancing was maintained. Everyone who entered or moved around the space was wearing a mask, although you could take it off once seated, whether inside or on the patio. The staff did an excellent job enforcing the mask policy when patrons got up to use the restroom, and moving around from table to table was not permitted. Overall, they are doing a fantastic job of keeping both their customers and themselves safe.

This is a fantastic spot for drinks and live music. The service is exceptional and the staff is very friendly.

I always have a great time here! However, they should clear the tables more often and bring back the dancing!
