Bidrage med feedbackFood was delicious and plenty to eat and reasonably priced My only reason for given it one star was due to the canoli dessert. We ordered choc chip cannoli and it had maybe 5 small choc chips in it and was too sugary/floury. When the waitress brought over the cannoli I even said to her we ordered a choc chip cannoli because none could be seen and she said it was choc chip.
I was a little skeptical of trying this place we've never been here before. Lake George isn't famous for it's food and we've ran into some really bad restaurants in this area before. Since the Adirondack Pub was way too busy that night and we've already been to the Moose Tooth enough times already, this was the place we decided on. Outdoor seating is always nice. Other reviewers mentioned that the furniture isn't top of the line and they're correct. However, outdoor seating in the Lake George village is a major plus. I don't really think this place was meant to be a gourmet restaurant. So I'm guessing those complaining of the quality of the outdoor chairs also complain that there are no cloth napkins at McDonald's. We started out with some drinks. I ordered the Long Island and my girlfriend ordered a Margarita. Both were made very well. Mine wasn't mixed completely, but a little stir solved that problem. Excellent quality. Since this was an Italian restaurant, I went and ordered a personal pizza for myself. Which was a mistake on my part because the Blue Cheese Bacon Cheeseburger that my girlfriend ordered was mind blowing and I wish I had ordered that instead for myself. Don't get me wrong though. The pizza was still good. It's not what I would call NY style though. It's thin pizza, but has a very nice crunch to it. Overall, we left this place very satisfied and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended.
One of the best Italian restaurants i have been too! Food was so delicious and the service was good too! I would love to go again!
Was in Lake George for the weekend with friends and none of the 6 of us could decide what to eat but decided that you can't go wrong with Italian and stopped by Gino and Tony's for dinner. Overall, it was just a barely mediocre dining experience. The restaurant was dirty and sticky. My girlfriend and I split wings as an appetizer. While decent in flavor, they should've have definitely been crispier in texture. I don't think they were fully cooked and I had a slight stomach ache after. My entree was the chicken penne in vodka sauce. The pasta and sauce were ok but the sauce was way too heavy and there was barely any chicken on the dish. My girlfriend had calamari and claimed it was lackluster. No one else at the table had anything to write home about. There's a lot of choices, I wish we had tried another place.
Chicken Marsala and Mozz Sticks. Amazing Bartender making really good drinks. First time here and amazed!!! Waitstaff is very nice and welcoming.
