Togo's Sandwiches - Lake Forest

Since 2013 and at the time the prices were really good because it had a combination, complete with the sandwich, soda and chips. and the suppe of the day was delicious and cheap. in running the years they have the price too high on the combo, but they did with the chips and if they want chips, its 1.90 more. and now the suppe is quite pricy. at me they have imposed the price, but don't leave any items from the combination order.

Just what I needed! I didn't know I had a location close by but happy to have seen this while driving around! I love togos in comparison to other sandwich franchises. The bread it always so spongy! The man making my sandwich was very nice and made the perfect sandwich for me just now. Couldn't be more content!

I came here on a whim with my siblings as there was a long wait time for our boba next door.. We were seeing other people enjoying their sandwich outside at the tables and thought why not also give this place a chance for a light bite. We went inside and it was pretty vacant. We hadn't come to a Togo sandwich shop before, so we decided to take a few minutes to peruse the menu. I opted for a 6 inch turkey and avocado sandwich and asked what was on it. I asked for no tomato, no mustard, no onion or those peppercinis. I wanted provolone cheese but they said they didn't have it so I ordered cheddar. My brother also ordered a turkey avocado 6 inch with lettuce and peppurcinis no condiments. It was pretty quick service and we paid for it and went outside as we waited for our boba to be ready. We opened our subs and noticed that in both of our sandwiches the avocado was missing. We went back in and told the employees working and one guy came back saying that we never ordered the turkey avocado and the other worker agreeing with him. I specifically remember we ordered that and or third sibling was there and heard it all. Maybe one of them misheard and didn't hear it but they kept saying okay to us with what we were ordering. As I said that both were missing avocado and would like it to be added back, one of the employees took only one sub and started talking under his breath that the turkey avocado doesn't come with cheese. I thought this was really rude and frustrating when both workers came off really displaced giving us attitude. We just wanted the sandwiches we ordered and we weren't coming off in any kind of harsh way. The other employee just stood there and gave us a blank stare while the other guy added avocado only into one of the sandwiches. I made another comment that both the sandwiches needed avocado and the employee was like oh, both? Ok. I didn't appreciate the service here. As far as the taste of the sandwiches, it is nothing to rave about. It was edible but the bread was soft and everything in between the 2 slices was mushed in together. Yes, we ate it but we were NOT satisfied, especially with the rude customer service. If you're planning to eat here, DONT.

I truly LOVE Togo's!!! The owners of this located are sweet hearts. The location is VERY clean and all employees have a great personality. The sandwiches are made with fresh produce and meat. Thank you for always making my family an amazing sandwich Warm Regards, Sabrina

Absolute worst place to eat in the city... ordered online and everything wrong . brought back and manager vaping and blowing smoke in there.. Asked for refund they do not know how too.. My neighbor said stopped eating there as dirty and it smells like the mens room at a bar !!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE does not adhere to anything the franchise offers. Food is nasty and order never right
