Great tasting burgers and fries. Good spot on the ocean drive. Ideal for a post-drinking binge! We were so hungry and chugging away at the food that we didn't quite notice the small plaque by the staircase at first. Surprise surprise!! this is the place where they filmed That shootout scene from Scarface!!!

I could not believe how horrible the customer service was at this facility. I'm visiting from Charlotte NC on business and stopped in for a bite to eat while shopping. We stood at the counter 15 min before anyone acknowledged that we were there smh. Customer service very very poor and I'll never visit again. I asked to speak with the supervisor and he slammed his hands on the counter and said may I help you! I politely asked if he had a problem with assisting a customer...his reply sorry it's been a long day!! I explained to him..no matter how long your day is...you should Always strive to provide excellent customer service. He took care of the problem...but was not sincere or apologetic. I will never ever visit this place again...in fact the company should speak with him for acting out the way he did. He startled some of the small kids enjoying family time!

Worst experience ever at a Johnny Rockets, from New York came to Miami, and have only had a bad experience at this location. Every place my group and I have went to we were treated so nicely and had an amazing time, but here service was horrible, staff was so rude. When asked for the bathroom the waiter looked at us rolled his eyes and walked away...

Terrible. I asked for prices for drinks and they tell me I have to pay whatever is on the receipt. Never again.

Had the fries and nacho. Fries were good but really did not like the nacho. They had so much toppings on it and hardly and chips. It was a mess
