Jersey Mike's Subs - Lake Forest

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike's. However, the last time I ordered the Philly cheese steak, it looked nothing like the picture on their website.

I found a hair in my sandwich this time, which is such a disappointment because I really love this place! If you take a close look at my picture, you can see it.

The restaurant offers solid, basic fare. While the large sandwiches are a bit pricey, they are certainly better than many others. They embody what a sub sandwich should be—simple and satisfying. There's a good variety of options available, all made with fresh ingredients.

The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was shocking how horrible he was. He made a mistake on a large order we had, ?over $160 worth. He did not want to make a sandwich he forgot in the order. When we went back to the storeto grab the sandwich he forgot to make he THREW it at us and was yelling! All we wanted was the sandwich that he forgot?.. Ihope corporate sees this because Jersey Mikes normally always has great service, just not this location.
