Arby's - Lake Forest

This Arby's is great. Service is always A+, the counter staff are friendly and treat you like they are happy to see you. Nice nowadays.

This is hands down the best Arby's I've been to, and I love Arby's, so I have seen a lot of them as a point of comparison. The location is huge! It is so much larger than a typical fast food restaurant with plenty of seating, and it was extremely clean. The food was very tasty and delicious as expected. Definitely recommend the classic roast beef with Arby's sauce! My husband tried the gyro and it was also a pleasant surprise. Menu just gets better and better the new lemonade flavors were delicious!

Pre-ordered. Was not ready. Had to ask repeatedly where's my order. Other placed order after me and received theirs before me. It was the special they advertised so ....no excuses. Also tried to contact the store by calling and the number was incorrect and no one answered. Also I attempted to contact customer service to report the poor service...disappointing as well. I actually like the food unfortunately service is hit or miss ? Now that I write this I'm dropping it to 2.5 stars and since there is no half stars I will round down. Get your act together ..don't be BK...it's sad to see their Denise.
