The Jazzy Flamingo - Lake Elsinore

Chef Rachel and the Jazzy Flamingo team were so great to work with and the food was delicious. I hired the team for a small family function and my family would not stop talking about how delicious the food is. Oxtails, shrimp, and corn were on point!We enjoyed the leftovers for days afterwards too. But the best part of it all was her positive energy. Chef Rachel has a graceabout her and she was just incredibly pleasant to work with and my family members who met her felt the same way. Thank you againChef Rachel and the Jazzy Flamingo team. The seasoning was delicious. It brought so much flavor to the steak that was prepared for dinner. It?s not your typical seasoning and it doesn?t have a lot of salt and it?s very healthy for you

Chef Rachel and her team were absolutely patient, kind courteous and professional from beginning to end. I reached out to her to cater a hospital event we we?re having for Doctors Day. Let me just say the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! I ordered salmon,chicken and Alfredo pasta, salad, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and shrimp cocktail.The food was seasoned well and full offlavor. I will definitely order again in the near future. My doctors are still raving about the food!

From the beginning to the end of planning my husband's Retirement. Rachel did not disappoint. Helping me create my menu with her wonderful creations blew my mind. Extremely flavorful. The 5 cheese Mac n cheese, the brisket shrimp. The guest raved over everselection. Thank You!
