So I decided to drive thru and sat there for 30 minutes before I could order. when it was my time to order the auto-dru woman who took my order, they let me know that it could take two more minutes before she could take my order. it came back in about 3 minutes; I ordered the 4 at 4 for $4. the line started to move a little more. I waited a minute before she handed over my order. I check the bag and everything was there; but when I came back to the office and disturbed to the nuggets tasted chew and chew, the fries was soggy the cheeseburger tasted salty the burger was flat, the cheese tasted imitation made the overload of the catching made the bung soggy wet. the only product that tasted well was the strawberry frosty. the customer service was nice, but it was terrible. I will not come back.
They've been begging us 90 and need serious training. no toilet paper in the stall, has two meals, 5.00 biggie bags. one no salt on frits, and no wobble extra pickle on sandwich and had tweebel and salt on fries, other sandwich had hardly any dab of ketchup, no bbq in both pockets for nuggets and eating was barely luke warm. brought sandwich back to against and instead I apologize, we will mke a different I can keep and say good u can not just take off the twee. what if I allergic and tht still taste.) another person brought there sandwich the whole sandwich in outside had ketchup over it. group of people standing outside, going through there eating while we're gone. kassier had attitude and was mouthful and did not know when to keep the mouth. cash too busy, lazy to lay on the counter and not on camp nothing and had to tell a customer that they need to put wet floor signs. the floor was softened on one side. shouldn't have to tell a worker if there was a decent manager there who trained. I've never been manager and could make a better job. a bucking lazy people, including the manager. customer service for this is a negative 1000. u as a huge company should look into this thing, there are u all a bad name and it's just not I say that.
No stars should be an option. I went to drive thru. I received a half-fed cold, woundy frits, an empty sandwich wrapper, an empty straw wrapper and a used sauce package. I went in to say that the sandwich wrapper was empty had not noticed the rest at this time they replaced the sandwich after they accused me of lying and as I said to foot they enjoy their free sandwich lügner. I don't even want to eat the sandwich because they placed it in the bag with used sauce packages and raw packaging. pretty sure that a bag on which one of the workers had hunted.
Terrible experience 3/18/22. stops here at the route to fla by atl. the type that took our order in the first window was very friendly. when we came into the second window, the two women were very angry and loud, while they even used profanity to each other. it took them forever to give us our drinks after they had received the food. we moved into a parking lot to eat before we go back on the car, just to find an uncooked cold burger in the bag! disgusting, we drove back into the window and asked to exchange it for nuggets only. we got 5 cold, soggy nuggets and another uncooked, cold burgers. this place is rough. fortunately, it's not somewhere I've ever been to protect.
This is about the fifth time we have had bad service. Food is quick yes but it is put together so sloppy we have to rebuild our whole order. Then we had Tiffany this morning and asked her twice for ketchup and she couldn’t care about customer service to put any sauce in 1 of our 3 bags. Very disappointed with this location.
