Mcdonald's - Lake City

I stopped by for a hamburger and some fries and had a decent experience. The kitchen staff was small but bustling. We had to ask for our cups for drinks. After we saw the Happy Meal served, we waited for about 15 minutes for our fries. A gentleman tried to find out what was happening, but the attention was all on a special order hamburger, and they couldn’t locate the person who had ordered it. Overall, it was a bit chaotic.

While we waited for an hour to join us, we saw the liveliness of this restaurant. there are sufficient employees, but it seems that additional customer service training is necessary. amy was especially helpful and presented us in the mcdonald’s app and their benefits.

I gave this review a year ago tonight on the 12th juli 2022 it was 11:30 o'clock I was in a big hurry with a hungry child to house mcdonald’s and my card was declining. the man at the window (I wish I had his name) was so patient and sweet as well as the manager. I was able to get my card out and feed my hungry child. Thank you for being.

The place was packed as the drive thru. the manager on the layer was firm but not rude. very good guidance. they have a lot to eat. best mcdonald's meal I've ever had!

Cynthia was very rude when taking our order. yelled at us while we were trying to decide and when we didn 't know something about the menu. nothing but attitude from the worker would not recommend coming here. she also messed up our order and when we asked about it she said it 's all there. when it was not. would recommend wendy 's or burger king instead (just down the road) much friendlier staff.
