I Absolutely LOVE this place and I don’t say that often,

I don't even know where to begin. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the place was quite dirty. White chocolate has always been my favorite flavor, but unfortunately, it was out of stock. I politely asked if I could try another flavor since I had never tasted it before. I was informed that they don't allow samples because some customers take advantage and eat a lot of them without purchasing. I explained that I just wanted a small taste and that we were planning to buy something. Again, I was told that the manager doesn't permit it. Honestly, give me a break! I ended up going to Sweet Frog, which had 15 people inside. No one was in this place, and I can definitely see why...

Amazing service and incredibly clean! The ice cream is fantastic, and the toppings are delightful. Thank you, TCBY!
