Saltgrass Steakhouse Lake Charles

We had a fantastic server, she was so helpful and always checking on us. The food was tremendous. We always have great food and servers at Saltgrass Golden Nugget.

The waitress was not friendly nor attentive. Did not receive same quality if service as other.

Steak was under cooked, sent it back, came back a little over cooked, and dry. This was a filet, oz , steak Baked potato was tasteless, and just warm. Mac and cheese was also tasteless, added sautÃed mushrooms, very small, over cooked. The bread was great, service was hot and cold, meaning I felt that the service was great at times, then, felt like it was out of her way, when we asked for something. Seems the meal was expensive, it was definitely not worth the money for this meal. Having given this bad review, I’ve eaten here at least other times and always been happy with every meal here. I’m hoping this was just a one time bad experience, so I will give them another try, and hopefully they can redeem themselves.

We had a great meal. Emma was a great server. She was attentive, gracious and professional. Food was perfectly prepared. Overall it was a great experience
