Paradise Daiquiris - Lake Charles

The woman who assisted me yesterday was quite rude, and I ended up with a spoiled piña colada. I was very disappointed.

I returned a drink because I didn’t like it. I didn’t ask for a refund; I simply requested a replacement drink, but I was charged again. Despite only taking a single sip, I handed the bartender my entire cup so she could dispose of it. I visit this place frequently and usually order large quantities for my friends and family. I've spent hundreds of dollars here, and now, because I didn't enjoy one drink, I'm unable to get it swapped out. This is incredibly disappointing! You've just lost a loyal customer.

This was by far the worst daiquiri place I’ve ever visited. The customer service was terrible, and they don’t allow exchanges or refunds. I won’t be returning, and they’re definitely losing loyal customers.

They don’t except refunds or exchanges if product isn’t up to standard/messed up/etc

I love this place we visit here regularly the staff is very friendly it's a non smoking establishment has 3 poker machines but only thing is they don't give u change to play the poker machines unless it's a $100 so bring change if u planning on playing video poker but the drinks are good the place is always spotless and Kacie is a doll
