Mcdonald's - Lake Charles

What’s the point of preordering through the app if, when you arrive, there are nine cars waiting? They take one order, hand over the food, then take another order, and so on. This has happened multiple times. It deserves zero stars!

We often visit for breakfast, but today we had a disappointing experience. The so-called manager was rude to the young staff members who were trying their best. Instead of taking responsibility, she dismissed our concerns. Even though she was the on-site manager, we were told we would receive a refund, but we're still waiting for it. This was our experience at the McDonald's in Sulphur, Louisiana.

This store cares more about a speed competition then their customers. The employees were rude and when they messed my order up they made it obvious that I was a bother. I will be calling corporate.
