Logan's Roadhouse - Lake Charles

Ordered water with lemon, got plain water. Ordered plain sweet potato, server asked if I’d like butter and I said no. It came with butter and cinnamon. It was the best thing on my plate. Medium steak was overcooked too tough to eat. Husband’s medium rare was raw. My child’s meal had cold soggy fries. Server was nice but was let down the last time we went and this time was worse. Logan’s used to be the place to go. We couldn’t get in to Texas Roadhouse bc they were full until closing and we went at 7. Very easy to see why Logan’s had no wait time. Also could hear employees fussing and threatening each other. Very run down place.Also, employees smoking at the front entrance is unprofessional.

Terrible food from the appetizers to main dishes. Went for a birthday lunch. Tvs didn't work, food was not good. Waiter was at least attentive for the most part. Should have closed down months ago.

I expected better then this from here. This is what our order looked like when we got it. Containers were upside down. There was rice in the bag (we did not even order rice) and the chicken looks like it was dropped and picked back up. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times to talk to the manager and was hung up twice and no answer the other three times. Then I called the number on the receipt and the person said they would email the manager my concerns.

This is a clean and pleasant spot to grab a bite to eat. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I enjoyed a delicious meal, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms, as well as the availability of accessible parking. Service was quick, and our kind waitress was attentive throughout our visit. I stopped here for lunch while traveling through and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

Our waitress provided excellent service! The food arrived promptly and with a friendly touch. This restaurant continues to be a fantastic choice.
