Tavern Bay Beach Club (private)

It was okay but it was a private beach and we needed a membership and not trying to be races or rude but it was only white people that were there and were Latin so it was awkward to be there

We love going there each year for the Jazz Festival in September...great time!!!

Employees are actively hostile to people on nearby streets who aren't disobeying any

Great place to take the kids to play and swim. They also have a fishing tournament in the bay a couple times per year. There's a convenient snack bar that sells drinks, candy, ice cream, hot dogs, etc. Keep in mind they don't have ice but the drinks are cold. There's also a Tavern Bay dock you can tie to if you need some snacks while out wakeboarding or fishing. The only real complaint I have is the fact that they're charging $5 per hot dog. We already spend over $1,100 annually, you'd think they could charge a reasonable price for a dog.
