Salto - Lahore

They didn't serve what they advertise. I got very small drink with my deal definitely not the one shown in the menu. Burger tasted dry and hard.

Ordered a mea deal at the Packages Mall food court (Lahore) just because I wanted to try something new, honestly it was quiet a disappointment to order from them, below average taste the counter staff is rude too. After having a few bites I noticed that they don’t have many customers even on a weekend. *they don’t serve coke in the meal deals which I came to know when I was served a sprite...quiet weird.

Shame one staff for giving me old chicken . I ordered and told the staff to give me fresh chicken , waited for an hour. Still they gave the regular old chicken . They basically lied and tricked me . I remember coming here as a regular customer . The chicken was always fresh but now i guess the real owners have sold the brand . Who ever is running this is not interested in improving quality. I guess it will be closed soon . Before reviewing i saw the rating which is where it deserves to be. Any one trying chicken please avoid wasting your money here.

I usually don't post reviews but the experience was so bad that i had to. We were 2 guys so we ordered their 2 people deal, 2 grill burger, 2 chicken pieces, fries and a half litre coke.the only good thing was the half litre coke. Burgers were cold, they just put a grilled chicken piece between 2 buns and the chicken pieces were overly cooked, too much oil.couldn't eat them.

Ordered frango chicken deal at salto packages mall.first of all they took 30min to give us food.we were really hungry.when we ate it was half cooked.all whitish,couldnt eat it so reported them,the cook was just not ready to accept thier mistake and was of the view that this is how it is cooked although i told him that this isn't my first time trying thier frango chicken.greatly disappointed with thier behaviour.i left the remaining food at thier counter and left away.they didn't even bother to stop me.pathetic customer service.no one should ever try them again. Disgusting service
