This Tawa chicken has a story, initially when the area was not a visit to families because of Shahi Mohallah, I recall back in 1995 when we came back to Lahore after my dady retired, it was called by a local name kukri, later in Shahi kukri then Roshanai chicken and now known as Tawa chicken. Cocoa It was popular for this Tawa Chicken and then as soon as it became so popular Arif CHATKHARA opened its own separate facility. One really has to try Tawa Chicken 10/10

One of the best and spiciest chicken you will get in Lahore.. every bite just oozes with taste.. if you love spicy food, then this one is a must try.. a true taste of androon Lahore.. Apart from Grilled chicken, their anda tikki can be a nice taste changer as well.

This place is famous for it's chicken tawa piece which is best in town. Tawa piece is so delicious that I don't have words to describe it. So delicious and little but spicy but that's their specialty. BBC Urdu has written an article on it. It's location is great inside the walled city. Parking is not available so it would be better if you park your vehicles at the parking of nearby food street and then walk here. There are few copycats nearby so be aware of and visit original shop.
