Jersey Mike's Subs - Lahaina

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in Hawaii (Kauai and Maui)! After enjoying gourmet meals at the top restaurants on both islands, we decided to mix things up one night and went to Jersey Mike's for subs. They were absolutely fantastic and made to perfection. The person taking our order and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They ensured that our subs were made exactly to our liking. A huge shoutout to the workers here; you left a wonderful impression on us!

We were looking for a quick bite to eat, and this place was convenient, fast, and fairly inexpensive. However, the saying holds true: you get what you pay for! Overall, it was disappointing, and I don’t plan on returning if I can avoid it.

Awful service! I had to wait 25 minutes with just one person in front of me before the staff even asked for my order. When I finally did get to place it, I didn't have the chance to request vegetables for my sandwich. One thing’s for sure: I won't be returning!

My dad introduced me to Jersey Mike's, so I was eager to visit the new location in Lahaina. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how nice the store looked. There were two staff members behind the counter and just one customer ahead of me. They were quick, friendly, and really assisted me in getting my order placed efficiently. Right now, my favorite sandwich is the #10. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!

I can't say enough good things about the Lahaina location! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. My family enjoys dining at Jersey Mike's at least once a week, and we are never disappointed! Recently, we placed a large order for 85 sandwiches and it was flawless—there wasn’t a single mistake. The team even took the initiative to come in early to prepare everything and called me multiple times to confirm my preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for large orders, whether for a company or a school event. The staff truly cares for their customers, and the store is always clean, including the restrooms. We are consistently welcomed and served with genuine aloha. This is by far our favorite sandwich shop!
