Tickets are expensive, but it is worth it. You sit people to book what I didn't know. I am a planning freak and booked this dinner 6 months in advance for our honeymoon in June 2022, so we happen to be the first to be for the night we visited and got the front corner next to the bar! They also feel very welcomed with a drink during sitting, along with a bowl chain. They also take your picture when you naturally check to make some extra money, and when they came to try our tables to sell them, they were only 20 dollars surprising. And it was also a decent picture! I expected a total of $50 and then I wouldn't have paid, so I think that's a reasonable price. Depending on the season, I recommend bringing sunglasses. We were there at the end of June and the sun was close. We felt we were burned and just waiting to sit. The show was absolutely phenomenal, all the performers were very talented and looked like they were there. Servers were also in place, although we get most of our drinks from the bar as it was right behind us. Drinks were delicious, especially the Mai Tai. You also have native drinks. Dinner is set up so everyone gets the same Hawaiian style meal (I think the menu what they serve is on their website). I was shocked how good the food was! I was very new in Hawaiian culture and did not know what to expect. I am now a big fan of Ahi Tuna Poke from this dinner! Completely exceeded my expectations and I was guilty of eating everything on my plate. When I return to Hawaii, it's a must to do it again. I love it!!
That was a phenomenal experience for us. From greeting with a nut Lei and photo to the ending fire dance. Yes, it's expensive, but consider it as dinner and entertainment show. The food was great from Mahi Mahi Tuna, Steak and the desert. Dishes were authentic Hawaiian and cultural. The service was great, because even our drinks were replaced without asking. The atmosphere, singers and dancers were beyond our expectations. We like 6 Pacific cultures that are presented in dance and music. Would definitely recommend, and would do it again. Thanks to Hyatt Regency staff and entertainers for a first-class experience for my wife and I on the 35th anniversary.
Amazing performance! He was expensive, but was the price worth if you? looking for an amazing luau! Hostess, performers and servers were 10/10. Our server, Joe, was great and fast! The food was plentiful and drinks were strong. Would recommend!
Very cool experience that is a must when in Hawaii. While expensive, you get quite a lot of food per person including appetizers, main course, and dessert. It is outdoor and very appealing. You even taught us how to dance? the food was delicious and service was great! They also give our Leis and have a magnificent view of the sun setting during a break.
Really wanted this to be a 5-star! Pros: Excellent staff and service Food was decent. Drinks were okay. The fire dance part of the Luau was nice. PINEAPPLE CAKE Pacific ocean on the side Cons: Less vegan options. Drinks were okay. Luau stage setup which felt really far from where we were seated having us crane our necks to see. Expensive. I've been to a lot of Luaus and missed the interactive part of it. The fire dance act at the end was fabulous and made up for the lack of energy otherwise. The serving staff were the highlight of the entire show. Quick, organized and super friendly, they did their best to accommodate any/all requests. Nick was the best!
