Ihop - Laguna Niguel

I was here several times, and I always had a great time, but today. Today we were served and our order was taken as usual, but they took a long time. We saw people coming after us to get their food faster, it was like they forgot we were there. About 30 minutes later, the first food came in, and it was one by one. It was funny, but it should have faster service.

Easter night and I’m having tea and breakfast, awesome service with good food ! Thanks for being open !

I visited recently for a light lunch and ordered the 55 BLT along with a cup of chicken noodle soup. The picture below shows just one half of the sandwich; the other half was also quite good! I enjoyed the flavor of both the BLT and the soup. My total bill, which included an iced tea, came to $12.33 before tip.

The service was impressively quick and outstanding for a Saturday morning. The tres leches pancakes were absolutely worth it!

During the COVID period, they had tents set up outside. Around 2:30 PM, I was really hungry. There were tables available, but the only chairs were at another occupied table. The waitress kindly brought me a chair. I ordered the fried chicken burgers with fries, and the service was very good. However, as I was enjoying my meal, all the tables started to be removed. I found out that they close at 3 PM. I would have appreciated good service until I finished my meal. It felt a bit odd to be eating alone in the large, empty tent. I wish they had communicated their closing time earlier so I could decide whether to stay or leave. That was a key point for me.
