Carl's Jr. - Laguna Hills

The drive-thru at this restaurant is quite large. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong item and received my order in a bag that was cold. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, named Ana, she did not seem to care about quality control. I was appalled when I returned my meal and witnessed a kitchen staff member handling bread with the same gloves that she used to hold a dirty rag. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want to avoid getting food poisoning or worse. The health department should definitely look into the management of this establishment.

The burger that used to be big, juicy, and tasty is now just a small stack. The rest of the meal was also disappointing.

I waited until 6:00 to go, but the restaurant was not open. I waited a bit longer, but no one was there even by 6:10 when I drove by again.

Good costume services. the bathrooms are very clean. the most important for me.

The burger patties were hard and cold. I remember when the burgers tasted charbroiled. This burger had no flavor. The food at this location is really inconsistent and now getting horrible. I had to visit the toilet an hour later. Not pretty!! No more Carls Junior for me. I dont want to risk getting sick at $7 dollars a burger.
