Everything was great, except we were a little disappointed to receive our drinks after the food came.

I think I’ve tried almost everything on the Opium menu. All delish!

I come here a lot with family and continuously come back because the food is absolutely amazing and never fails. The service is always excellent as well. I came on Tuesday 1/17 around 6:30 for my birthday dinner I have been here so many times that I knew it would be a great place to celebrate at. I was wrong. I arrived and neither of the 3 hosts wished me a happy birthday, which I understand they’re busy I work as a host as well and use OpenTable so I know how OpenTable goes. You see on their reservation that they’re celebrating something. I kind of felt ignored as I specifically chose to celebrate here. The server did not acknowledge it either none of the staff did. The food was excellent, as always, but the service was lacking compared to how it normally does. It felt rushed for a Tuesday night in January. I left feeling underwhelmed from my experience and won’t be back for a while. I would maybe choose somewhere else to celebrate special occasions

The service and servers were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The small plates and appetizers were amazing. So many great choices on the menu. Our entrees, however...not so great. My yummy sea bass was soaked in the black bean sauce, and I couldn't enjoy it. Our waiter did remove it from our check, which was great, but I would have loved to taste the sea bass. I love the vibe here!
