Little Caesars Pizza - Lagrange

Simply leave quickly. The prices have gone up (like everywhere else) but it's worth it for the convenience.

On May 21st, I decided to give Lafayette Parkway another try after a bad experience. Unfortunately, my daughter ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half pineapple, but we received the wrong pizza after a long wait. The manager informed us that we had to return the pizza and wait another ten minutes for the correct one, which was frustrating. Instead of offering a solution, the manager should have allowed us to keep the wrong pizza while they prepared the correct one. Despite this, we decided to keep the pizza so my children could eat. The service from the cashier was also disappointing as she had a terrible attitude, only giving me two napkins when I asked for more and then rolling her eyes when I requested additional ones. This type of service will drive customers away and should be addressed by management. I am considering not returning to this restaurant again.

I met my family at this restaurant at 8:20pm and waited 30 minutes for my food. When my wife arrived, I asked the server where my food was and it turns out it had been ready in the kitchen the whole time. There was no apology for the delay or for forgetting a part of our order. The restaurant needs to work on prioritizing orders and getting food out in a timely manner. Additionally, they should hire staff who are competent and committed to their work.

Best place in town to get a thin crust pizza!! Forget Milanos (horrible) and Dominos (really bad). Get you thin crust at Little Caesars!!!

My son in law was in the store today between 2:00-3:00pm. He ordered an extra most bestest pizza. He comes to the car 15 minutes later. I said that was fast and the guy's that were there already had one made. It was not hot fresh, it had been sitting in the warmer. The two guys that were there should never had sold a not so hot or fresh pizza to my son in law.
