Domino's Pizza Egbeda - Lagos

I thoroughly enjoyed the service and my ice cream. I can never get enough of the Chocolate Devotion, while my husband is a huge fan of the Founder's Favorite. The service was excellent, and the payment process was simple and hassle-free.

Domino's Pizza Egbeda is a fantastic spot for pizza. You can choose to dine in or take your order to go. I placed my order online and picked it up; the whole process was smooth and efficient, and my pizza was ready when I arrived.

I've visited this location several times, but my last two experiences were disappointing. All of their POS terminals were out of order, which forced me to pay with cash or make a transfer, and the wait times were excessively long. There's certainly room for improvement.

My husband and I have dined at this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, our orders were incorrect on both visits. The staff appeared unmotivated to resolve the mistakes. It felt like many employees prioritized having fun over providing good service. They would benefit significantly from hiring more dedicated team members.

I received my pizza order about an hour after placing it. The restaurant was quite warm, so I asked a security staff member if anything could be done about it, but she informed me that there was nothing she could do. On a positive note, the staff at Cold Stone were friendly and very helpful with my order and payment. Overall, it's a nice place.
