Trattoria Oliveira - Lagoa

A side of dinner was pretty good, but the other was pretty bad. the starter was very good and full of taste. but the pizza was pretty bad. the shape was incredibly round and it didn't taste good. it tastes like the teig came 5 weeks ago from the super market and it was not baked in a wood stove, but probably an electric. I think the restaurant is in order as long as they don't order pizza as a main course, the remaining dishes looked great.

Had a very amazing meal! The food is good, plain and simple. With good I don 't mean average, I mean good! The atmosphere is great, love de bougainvillea and the olive tree. The service is great. Friendly (not American friendly but sincere). Due to Corona it was very quiet. Obviously for us that 's great, for business not so. It meant that service was in time, readily available and abundant, you could say. So I can 't say how service would be when it 's crowded, but I surely hope they get to see those times again.

Although I don’t claim to be an expert I have eaten a fair few Steak Portuguese in the time I’ve spent here and this is head and shoulders above anything else I’ve had!! They use a very good cut of meat which is unusual (fillet it think! and it is also rare to actually receive the meat cooked to how you like it as it is normally served so hot that it continues cooking whilst you are desperately trying to eat it. The pizzas and pastas are also quite good which keeps the kids happy so a pretty decent all rounder. The CC Staff a brilliant
