Ive visited Japan many times and eaten in many different venues. This turned out to be better. It has the technical Japanese approach but sprinkled with Portuguese love -what could be better. And the service staff sang me Happy Birthday :

One thing that is a bit difficult to understand for those who haven’t stayed before at this resort is how the restaurants work. This one and Ocean (Michelin are the finest dining options. The meal was 2+ hours and very well paced. Definitely recommend sitting outside to have the ocean view and totally worth the price. Places like the Oasis Bar are resort casual and serve food.
