Friendly service and local vibe! WiFi was available which made it easy to use Google Translate on the camera setting to “read” the menu in English. CASH ONLY. 8.50euros for the daily plate—includes a house wine, entree, vegetable/potatoes, dessert and coffee. Fish options vary based on availability. We enjoyed the excellent pork skewers pork shank and the yummy desserts (house dessert was like a pecan cream pudding) and a cookie-cake similar to tiramisu. I highly recommend this for travelers that are comfortable getting off the beaten path!

Superb value menu for €8.50 including nice wine, bread, olives, and amazing desert. German waiter is a hoot too, very friendly, attentive and funny.

We came in late after being turned away at several other restaurants because the kitchen was already closed for lunch. Here we were welcomed, which made for a good first impression. It's a nice little place hidden away from the main road. Friendly staff. Amazing wine collection! They must have at least 500 different bottles. We had the chicken piri piri which was good. Turned out to be the daily special. Complementary drink and coffee were included. Prices are good. You definitely get your money's worth.
