A Tasquinha Lagoa

We took the opportunity whilst in Lagoa to again visit this restaurant. We weren't disappointed. Another wonderful meal at a very competitive price. Thank you Tasquinha for your excellent service, this also includes the waiting staff. Jane

We were pleased to hear A Tasquinha in Lagoa had re opened. Sadly we experienced a rather mediocre meal. Bread with the cover quite dry, rare steak cooked medium Saute potatoes served burnt on one side. The house wine was good and also the vegetable soup. Definitely agree with the previous reviewer that Marco needs to up his game.

Was so happy they have reopened in Lagoa BUT was not ever so impressed tbh...... The table cloths outside were grubby, literally. Inside were pristine to be fair. I had to ask for my cutlery to be changed because mine were dirty food remnants. The food was ok but considering how many other good places there are around they need to up their game in my opinion. The staff were nice, friendly and efficient. I particularly didn't like the fact that the toilets have sliding concertina doors and are practically in the restaurant!!! No bathroom noises please........ In general, great for a quick bite if you don't want to cook but there are better options around.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local person and we have got to say it was a good recommendation. We enjoyed our evening here, enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, the food, and the house wine was very good.

OMG! We were lucky to find this little treasure, hidden behind the Mercado, in a small, charming street in Lagoa. A few tables outside and a nice set of tables inside, combined with a perfect service provided by the manager Marco . We 've been here for lunch and have not been disappointed! 3 course menu for € 9,50 included 1 drink and coffee. What can you ask more. The food was fantastic prepared and served. Unfortunately it was our last day at the Algarve but we 'll be back next year. Thanks again to Marco and his crew!
