Whataburger - Lafayette

The food is great. The wait; however, is ridiculous. I ordered curbside and my order was to be completed by 4:49—4:52. It is now approaching 30 minutes. Y’all need to be more expedient and not casually waiting around. Also, they didn’t have beverage correct.

Exactly what you expect (but so seldom get these days) from a burger joint: quick, tasty food for a decent price. Staff was courteous and efficient.

I had the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger on this trip. It's pretty good, but I would have ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger. It's unfortunate that the company chose to remove the Mushroom Swiss Burger from the menu.

I was greeted immediately upon entering. My order was promptly taken by the most friendliest person. The food was hot when served. The restroom was very clean. Upon leaving, I was thanked and asked to return again!

The patty seems thinner these days. It barely seems thicker than a slice of baloney. Order a double to get the old experience. Sub mayo for mustard and add ketchup. It is still my go-to fast food burger.
