Urbano's Taqueria - Lafayette

Let me tell you how selective we are for our tacos. I came to this area a few times a year and had to find another place that would be the same as Californian flavors. That changed when we went to Urbanos. When I arrived, I felt like it wasn't your normal Taco experience. The lighting, the decor, the bar all felt a notch above the norm. We were greeted by Edgar our server who had a big smile on his face to welcome us. He was really invested in his job and seemed very interested in our experience. He explained the menu in detail and gave recommendations based on my desire for shrimp and carne. I ordered the Korean taco and also the Argentina taco. Wow, I was impressed. Meat was seasoned to my taste and so delicate. The condiments were all fresh and had a nice cripple. Even the presentation was great. No traditional dish. Based on Edgar's recommendations, we also ordered some chickens empanadas. The crunch made of cabbage and creamy sauce for a fantastic pleasure. Look forward to going back there before my holiday is over. If you are in Lafayette LA and are looking for some Tacos, this is a slam-dunk.

This place is out of the chain. Authentic, fresh and tasty. The service is one of the best in Lafayette, and the staff are familiar with suggestions and information. If you want to look for a new Taco spot or enjoy an authentic Taqueria, check out the place!

This place is a way! Here at lunch with an employee came here alone for dinner. Everything in the menu is excellent. I'm sure I'll be back tomorrow to try other items on the menu. If I had more space, I would have tried everything. The staff including the owner was very welcoming and descending. More to come... keep tuned!

Okay, I'm a dinner, I admit it! The Urbano's Taqueria on Johnston Street opposite the horse farm is amazingly delicious so authentic fresh! If you haven't tried yet, go soon! Trust me the staff / service is so friendly, the atmosphere is rustic comfortable, plus the presentation of the food is so cool! You have to go to see what I mean!!! Trust me!!!!

Love this place, great service and different food. Lafayette needed some great food. Affordable and delicious margaritas.
