The Grouse Room - Lafayette

Great place for a great time. And playing trivia is so much fun!

Very nice setting. Large open Ballroom floor setting, for live music, that has an upstairs view which allows for sitting in comfortable social circuit. The entertainment typically lean towards rock, soul, jazzy good vibe bands. Jon Cleary the Absolute Monster Gentleman, Mark Broussard... The lower bar is classy, open and inviting. The Grouse Room has minimal view obstructions and a good view of the stage from any position. Also, there are Irish Snug table settings which aren't often seen these days.

Zoso was soooo awesome and the price was even better! I love the Grouse Room because its not a huge building and not really small either. The atmosphere and all the employees from the door, bartenders and others were an A+ in my book!!! My fiance and I can't wait to see another band there! Also, we love that its a variety of music genre's played there! All Lafayette has is country bands mostly, but like us, at times, WE WANNA ROCK!!!!

Drop a bill without notice. The drinks prices are high, but we came by during a songwriting night. That was great. The talent was amazing. That's why the 5 stars. The staff was great. Food and drinks offered so much. It came cold, except the chicken fingers. It's like the other food was cooked and waited for the chicken. First and only time there, but great space

I enjoy the Grouse Room. Your live music is always so entertaining and personal. One of my favorite evenings is on Wednesday. You have Trivia, which starts at 7 pm and is very funny even if you don't win! Then she's live music right after that! I went on Wednesday when the room Grouse wasn't in downtown. On Wednesday they had fed pianos before! It is a popular past time of me and I will be very excited when they bring it back all!
