Mcdonald's - Lafayette

I ordered 3 20 pieces of nuggets2 of them were suspected to be one of them regularly. I have all regular. after waiting for them for 20 minutes. not only that, but she has never read my order correctly so I repeated it and asked her twice if she had it, as I asked her, yes and my trip before, that I waited 15 minutes for only 3 sluts that I literally had to call and ask what the problem was

We saw the person in the window hand the car in front of us (who was yelling because they came through the line twice) a ice cream cone them immediately say they didn't order that. Mind you I ordered ice cream not them The manager rudely stated she couldn't take it back just keep it. She told them to park at the 3rd window. When we approached the window she didn't greet us immediately asked what our drinks were. She told us to park we asked could we at least have our ice cream.She took a deep breath and Then parked us for a small order for over 20 mins. When we finally went into the building out of frustration the same MANAGER who parked us after going to the second window was in the lobby laughing and talking to a guy who had no food. Once she saw us she ran behind the counter asked one of the girls where our order was and the girl replied where I told you it was up you said they could wait. She offered us extra food for free but we declined because that wasn't what we wanted. Her solution was upsizing our french fries regardless to us declining. I expect more in a city that is often visited by tourists and a manager of business. She needs to be reprimanded and retrained. It was a black young lady who had her hair down.

They were out of burgers, I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes on the app and I get to the window and they tell me they're out of hot fudge too the large fry i got wasn't fresh i threw them out ??

This McDonalds on the NORTH end of town has ranked the highest in my book!! Always fresh, fast, and no ever any mess ups!! Thank you guys for really being “Fast Food!” For years in a row!!!! They are always on point!!! Breakfast to lunch to late night snacks… hot hot hot and just what you ordered I don’t care how big or small the order! No complaints here

I live minutes away. the last few times I've been there have been horrible. Breakfast i got the no. 5 combo with no bacon. Tonight t wanted a fish combo with apple pie. Got a big Mac combo in stead. Wasn't what I ordered at all. all fast food chains need alot more trying. no more responsibility in the world
