El Pollo Loco - Lafayette

The chicken was lovely! Queso was thick and cheesy. Salad was fresh and tasty with tender chicken. The shrimps were perfectly seasoned and cooked for perfection. And the food comes super fast. All in all we give them an A. Try the chicken!

Went here because it was new but wasn?t really a fan. Very bland and boring food. I could?ve eaten at a real Mexican restaurant just down the street for about the same price. It would be nice if the tortilla chips were kept in a warming oven, as receiving them at room temperature was a let-down. Just not my thing, given that I know how much other good stuff is real close by.

This is an upscale fast food restaurant. A little pricey but the food was good. Not the best Birria tacos I ever had but good. I loved the tortilla soup! The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I also liked the horchata. Worth another try so I?ll be back.

This place is the worse El Polo. The chicken tastes constantly as if they try to make it before time. It is dry, regardless of the time of day. Food is not close to fresh... everyone.

Juan V was very helpful and the service was wonderful. The food was very good and it's been a very long time since I been to el pollo loco. The chicken was delicious tender. The shrimp Baja taco was very good. The corn tortillas was fresh and tasted real good. Beans and rice was very good.
