Chili's Grill Lafayette

We tried to order home salads for appetizers when we received them, the crooutons were extremely stale. we have said to the server politely that our crumbs were stale and we would pay for the salads and drinks and just go. a young lady I was suspected said we were in order and could go. how nice of them that they don't invite us for a bite of smiling. we also waited to have at least 10 minutes sitting with several employees who just looked at us in a completely empty restaurant.

I just wanted two containers with spinach dump and many tortilla chips for a party. what I received was not the same. I got half a cup spinat dip, a quarter queso and two full pocket chips. my order was literally, so simple and was not right at all. I was very disappointed and also my guest for the party.

They were just close. they had a waiter for the whole building. So the manager came help. that was long, but it was delicious.

We were here from our state and have stopped for dinner as chili’s is our goal. we sat in the bar area and our server was nice and eating came out quickly. everything looked and tasted delicious. I got shrimp tacos and my daughter got the Cajun chicken pata. we shared the skill queso. it was all very good.

The service I had here was PHENOMENAL!! I got the 3 for Me that comes with a drink, appetizer, and entrée. Let me tell you, I did not have to wait for anything. Immediately when I was done eating my appetizer (a house salad) my cajun shrimp pasta came out nice and warm. I also didn 't have to ask for a refill. My server came out with my drink when I was nearly done.Well done Chili’s, well done ?? ??
